چکیده
Abstract Background There existed evidence that type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) prevalence and control rate have seasonal variation. Our study aimed to examine the ambient temperature fasting plasma glucose (FPG) association estimate temperature-adjusted T2DM rate. Methods Four cross-sectional health surveys with 26,350 respondents were conducted in Guangdong Province from 2007 2015. Multistage cluster sampling was used recruit participants. The data of demographic characteristics, lifestyle factors, diet use hypoglycemic medicine, height, weight, FPG meteorological information collected. And an inverse distance-weighted method employed daily exposures at individual’ s residential district/county. Base on World Health Organization 2006 criteria, participants divided into normal (NFG) ( n = 23,877), known patients 916) newly detected 1557). Generalized additive mixed model evaluate nonlinear associations between among different subgroups. estimated based temperature-FPG association. Results curves downward parabola for total, NFG groups, while it “U”-shaped patients. When decreased 30 °C 4 °C, significantly increased 0.24 (95%CI: 0.15, 0.33) mmol/L, 0.10 0.06, 0.14) mmol/L 1.34 0.56, 2.12) respectively. Compared 19 patients’ FPGs 0.73 0.13, 1.30) 0.53 (0.00, 1.07) °C. model-estimated had a down up trend, 9.7% 5 8.9% 20 9.4% At 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 rates 33.2, 35.4, 38.2, 43.6, 49.1 55.2%. Conclusion Temperature negatively associated subgroups, their U-shape Hence, show dip/peak pattern display rising trend when increase. findings suggest should be considered clinic management epidemiological survey.

15 صفحه اولSurvey of the Relationship Between Obesity Prevalence and Ambient Temperature: A Systematic Review
Introduction: Ambient temperature is considered as a factor affecting on the body's metabolism, So that increase or decrease ambient temperature to the range thermoneutral zone (TNZ) (This temperature is 20.3°C to 23°C for covered people) lead to body metabolic changes, and maybe effective on the increase or reduce the prevalence of obesity. Our aim of this study was to review ...
